 Quillions are usually social creatures and form groups called mobs or packs depending on how they are managed. Packs are formed under a controlled set pair of breeders which are normally the leaders.

Mobs are collective groups which work together, taking advice from a leader much like a chief and decide in a much more tribal setting.
