Quillion: The body inside

Below will be written all the information of the quillion's internal structures.

Skeletal: The basic bone structure for a common quillion. (Does not include subspecies)

Muscular: Explains the four types of muscles in a quillion's body. Another unique attribute to their species.

The skeletal muscles, cardiac muscles, and smooth muscles are those known in any living being. However quillions have a acus muscles which is a flexible muscle structure in the tail; these muscles have sharp pin like needles that are exposed outside the body hidden among the black rough hair fibers. These muscles are extraordinary strong, when flexed the needles extract more out allowing a quillion to hang onto surfaces with it's prehensile tail as well as subdue prey and foe in a constrictive bind that these pins puncture and allow licked on saliva venom to enter the foe's body, the agile flexibility of these muscles also helps the quillion move it's tail in confidence. The acus muscles is also a prime reason when injured or snagged it will have the defensive reaction to die off; breaking down at a decided area and releasing chemicals to break down the bone at a designated area where the injury or jammed location is at before finally destroying even the pigment turning the tail white where this area is affected.

This is why any severed quillion tail you see is white and brittle.

The muscle then afterwards begins the process of healing, regrowing fresh new acus muscle and bone pass the scarred area, the pigment will never recover however the muscle and bone will eventually.
